General FAQs

What are peptides? Why are they called “Research Peptides”.?

Peptides are short chain amino acids- natural building blocks of proteins- that play a key role in many biological functions. In scientific research, peptides are studied for their potential in areas like tissue repair, hormone regulation, inflammation reduction, and metabolic support. They are called research peptides because they are intended strictly for scientific and laboratory research. Since they have not been approved by the FDA they are labeled “research”peptides to comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Are Peptides safe? Are they 3rd party tested?

All peptides offered on this site are manufactured to high purity standards. Yes. All of our peptides undergo third-party laboratory testing to ensure purity, identity, and quality. We are committed to transparency and high standards- COAs are available upon request.

What is peptide reconstitution?

Reconstitution is the process of mixing a lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide with a liquid-typically bacteriostatic water-to prepare it for research use. Most peptides come in powered form and must be carefully mixed before use in laboratory settings, This allows researchers to control the concentration and dosage used during their studies.

How do I store research peptides?

Store the reconstituted research peptide in a refrigerator (36F-46F)

Store freeze dried research peptides at room temperature, in a dark place.

Aminos(Lipo-C) are stored at room temperature, even after opening.

How long does shipping take? Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Do we ship internationally?

We typically ship within 24 hours after payment is received. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive 2-5 business days. Tracking is provided once shipped. Please double check your address is correct. Once order is sent we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. All packages are sent in discreet packaging, no product names visible on the outside. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Peptides are considered perishable research materials and must be stored and handled properly. For this reason, we cannot accept products back once they have left our facility. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective please contact us. We will replace your item at no cost. We ship from Oregon, currently only ship in the U.S.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Zelle, Cash App, Chime, ACH, and Apple Pay for discreet and secure payments. Instructions are provided at checkout.
